The Home Improvement Project is coming to a close! I can almost feel the cleansing water running down my back now………ah, sweet Baby Jesus will a shower ever have felt this good? My grand expectations have been met…..it is pretty as I imagined. The color of the tile is very nice…it matches the existing floor tile and the glass tile accent is lovely.
The shower has been sealed, caulked and dried sooner than I expected. The plumbing is done and as long as there are no snafus which I don’t even want to put into the universe tomorrow is the big day for the piece de resistance — the addition of the glass doors and windows, then viola, DONE!
Except for the usual ups and downs of a remodel I would assume a project of this magnitude has gone off as well as can be expected. I have learned many things during this process. I have come out the other side wiser and much more experienced in the proceedings of a remodel. It is not for the faint of heart for there are always issues to be overcome.
