Slot machines are commonplace in casinos

For this Holiday my husband & I decided to do a Staycation right relatively in our own back yard in Phoenix, AZ at the Wild Horse Pass Resort. It is a nice place. It has all the amenities, spa, pool, etc. The rooms are nothing to brag about but the rates are good in the summer heat. There is nothing wrong with the rooms, they just are not luxurious. The pool is nice, though it was very crowded, which we didn’t expect having never stayed on a Holiday weekend we did not know.

Right next door is THE CASINO. OMG. What could be better! Not much. That casino doesn’t happen to be my one of favorites. It is brand new and I find it crowded and the machines very tight, as in no one wins, and no screens open for me, no free games, no bonuses etc. No good chi, no good aura. We found one kind of off the beaten path called Vee Quiva (sp) which we’ve both become fans of. We both can play for HOURS on our $100 which is our allotted amount to gamble with each time out. I get such a high when we go. I do so love it. The last two times we went I left with $500 & $300 so I am happy.

The aura at Vee Quiva (sp) is just so nice. The people seem nice and my favorite machines are The Jade Elephant and now Zeus which are both 2 cent machines and you can actually play the minimum and still win! Go figure!

Yesterday afternoon when I went with my $100 from winning  we played for 7 hours I was up to about $300 at some point, should have left then, but having too much fun. Wanted to keep playing, my husband won about $250 and then we left. We had a lot of fun. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a way of life. We are just having fun because we’re on vacation. After this little stint we will not gamble again for months. We were just talking about this. So don’t worry, we don’t have a problem, I just find it fun!

We’re going to the pool now, just got back from a great breakfast, and will enjoy reading and sunning.

Left my son at home with Spooky, don’t want him to be lonely. I’m sure there is a lot of Fun going on there. Probably a lot of 21 year old “FUN” there! Oh MY!!

Thanks, I won again last night, but it was a lot of work, ha ha I think they tighten the machines at the end of the Holiday, the Casinos want the money at the end & they hook you in the beginning by letting you win easily then tighten at the end — they’ve got you!

If by fun you mean watching sports alone and editing my website, then yes, much 21-year-old fun going on at home. Please win the family enough money so that I never have to work. Good luck. Spooky says “hi.”

I fixed up my website a little. If I’m feeling zealous, I’ll start making you one. See you tomorrow.
