So all the Fuss of Thanksgiving is Over & we Move on to Christmas…

All that preparation, all the decorating, all the worrying for a few hours of chowing down. Huh! What a let down for a lot of people. We don’t go to too much trouble for Thanksgiving. We have a very nice dinner watch the parade and football, but we don’t go nuts!

So, we then are so ready to move on. The boys DID hit the Black Friday sales and got most of the shopping done! Ye ha! So, now I can focus on my tree. I love decorating my tree. I am very particular about the tree. Only blue & gold can go on the tree, including the wrapping of the gifts underneath.

Then I feel it is beautiful! I have decorated the house between yesterday and today! I love to do that with the Christmas Carols blaring…I am sure I will have to tweak it all the way to Christmas Eve but that is part of the fun!

I have beautiful vintage Angels tucked here and there and those really cute little elves on all the shelves. They are supposed to go home to Santa to report on everyone’s conduct, so we’ll all be good!
