So Are We Keeping Tax Cuts, We’ll See…

Alright, whats really up with our President now? I don’t know about you, but I don’t know if I trust him as far as I can throw him.

First we have him doing an about face on the Tax deal, agreeing to pass the Tax cuts across the boards which in his words means even tax cuts for the very rich which he’s said time and time again he would never do! Well, guess what? He’s doing it. So he is NOT a man of his word. Now, I do not believe he did this out of the goodness of this heart, could it be because he wants to be reelected and he believed it was the only way for this to happen? It must have been an act of desperation on his part, as a Democrat, considering, both of his buddies, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi did not hold their tongues nor hide their displeasure in their disagreement with their common party President on his decision. All is not well on Capital Hill. Well, he did get his compromise, he got the jobless benefits extended EVEN longer!

Besides that, I was amazed to hear that 222 companies have been exempt from the Obama Health Care debacle. Huh? What does that mean exactly…? They are getting to opt out. Why? We’re talking Waffle House, McDonald’s,(now we know why they agreed to the fruit in the Happy Meals) and some little local union groups. Well, I want to opt out, too. I am perfectly happy with my medical coverage.

Supposedly these groups said they would have to drop their coverage on their workers because they wouldn’t be able to afford it…Ok, I can see that with Waffles House, they say they have 3,800 workers, but McDonald’s. Maybe they are each owned separately, Ok maybe. Then it would make sense. But if we keep going this way, how many people are going to opt out? Is it going to make it null and void? Great? That’ll work for me…

Or will it make it more expensive for all the rest of us still in it? Or will it to make the total less to run, not like 3 Trillion to run Obama Care as it has been proposed? Either way, I just see this Obama care unraveling…
