NOOK…SHNOOK!!! &$@

Ya know, I don’t know how many times I have to reiterate how technologically challenged I am but it just seems to get more annoying how many times I have to point it out. The only saving grace is that it gives me some amusing fodder for my posts!

So guess what the topic is now? Oh, it may not even be only TOPIC, singular, we may have to go plural, but we’ll start at the beginning…shall we?

My wonderful new Nookthat I already love, love, love is challenging my sanity, and anyone who knows me knows that’s a fine line to begin with . . . so unless my older son is here to help me download books it seems I haven’t mastered the “art” yet, and as I read so fast, I’ve already read all the books he downloaded for me so I have just spent the last hour or two trying to download a few books from the library to my computer to the nook to no avail. My goodness. Thank God I am a new calmer gentler person or I would be frothing at the mouth and pulling out my hair. Now that I am so “Zen” I am just slightly aggravated, but I figure I’ll bide my time, and hopefully my son will help me when he’s back at the homestead. Deep cleansing breath!

So with the way that went, I am not looking forward to trying to work my Dragon Voice Interactive Software. I do not know if I can work the intricacies of it alone, all by myself. I’d like to try it to prove to myself and others that I am not inept and that I can learn and teach myself these things, but I get a little intimidated. Hmmm, we’ll see the mood I’m in tomorrow. I need to be in a very up mood to tackle such a daunting project, but I think I’m up to the challenge!
