Happy New Year … Do You Remember When ?

I remember when I was younger and New Year’s Eve excited me to think of a wild night out carousing, drinking, staying up ’til all hours dancing and celebrating.

Now at my advanced age of my 40’s a good New Year‘s Eve plan entails a roaring fire with a quiet dinner with my honey and maybe one glass of champagne just to toast the New Year in. While being out West in Arizona, we’re lucky enough to get to celebrate the 12:00 PM with New York at 10:00 PM our time, so we’re able to go to bed feeling like we rang the New Year in. It’s great. But it’s funny how our priorities change, but been there, done that. I’ve had the party, party, party, wild New Year’s Eve nights. Right now at this point in my life I’m happy having mellow celebrations, we’ll see what the future brings.

So, what do you do for New Years Eve that’s fun , or is a part of a tradition?
