Hey, I know that there is a lot of stuff going on around the planet, but really is that any reason for my faithful readers to abandon me, the blogger? I don’t understand it…I know everything isn’t supposed to be about me, but somehow it always seems that way to me, I know it’s shallow, but I need attention…I need to be loved. I had finally gotten my readership up to about 70 views a day and was all impressed with myself, all happy that 70 people would actually read what I had to say, if even coincidently. Then, what happens but just about an Armageddon-like melt down in Japan after an unheard of 9.0 earthquake followed by a tsunami and people can’t be bothered reading light-hearted dross like my blog. Go figure.

Hopefully, people will realize they need the release of light entertainment that only I can provide for them and will come streaming back. I even enlivened my page in honor of all the new readers who will be thronging to read this blog. (hopefully.) I actually write for myself as it’s a release and an enjoyment but seriously, it was rewarding knowing people were reading.

Now that there is more fabulous news of us not bombing Libya much longer, perhaps people will have something to lighten up a little bit about. I believe we’re supposedly hearing some good news about the nuclear plants in Japan, too. Maybe the reactors are cooling again? If only that were true for those poor people in Japan it would be such good news, they have suffered enough…I really am trying to be tongue-in-cheek…but if what Powers that Be could show some mercy about now, it would be mightily appreciated by everyone, I’m sure.

And if the Earth could just settle down, it would be nice. As for the people ON this earth, if we all could calm down, take a deep breath and try to work TOGETHER and somehow settle our disputes without violence things might end a whole lot better than I foresee them right now. I don’t think we can stay on this collision course with destruction much longer before something has to give and I don’t seeing it being a minor thing. It may be the best thing for civilization in the long run, this mad destructive course we’re on, so we can go back to simpler times and start again, as a way of starting over because we’re so out of control, with our media, social media, government & corruption. Perhaps we need such a shake up, such a cleansing of the filth we’re mired in that we need to build from the simple roots as our forefathers did. It wouldn’t be the end of the world. Just a new beginning…a cleansing. Something has to give in politics and government, banking, real estate, finance, in so many arenas where we just need to build from the bottom up again, perhaps a civil war or something monumental is brewing…I just feel it in the air. The people are not happy and neither is Mother Earth or Mother Nature.

Again, time will tell. One of my favorite sayings. . . but be prepared, it won’t be pretty!
