I’ve Finished Physical Therapy!!!

Yay! Finally . . . after going to NJ for my ten day visit, using my arm regularly, trying to lift, stretch and act naturally it seems that life goes on and I can finally move on. What a relief. Not that everybody at the facility wasn’t as nice as can be, but to have to keep that schedule for months and go bi-weekly I am really so relieved to move on with my life. My personal therapist has suggested that I continue showing up visiting one of the other therapists practicing weight-strengthening now for a little while and practicing some yoga poses to see how far along I really am and to further strengthen my shoulder. I guess it’s not time to wimp out now!

So, that seems to be the path I will travel. Strengthening and practicing my yoga poses so I can move on to life on my own with a strong shoulder. I see the surgeon soon and hopefully he will be on-board with this plan!
