When you close your eyes
do you see black
and the frenetic red
I see?
Is it just me……
and my dual personality?
Sometimes I wonder….
but I cannot fret, for it is
what makes me, me
and my artistic side
or that is what I tell myself…….
as I talk myself down off the ledge……
again and again, but that’s how I get so much done. . .
