Which I would love to drop from my repetoire. I am too good at it. When there is someting I am either scared of, not looking forward to, just plain DO NOT want to do procrastination is my BEST friend, sorry Maria, Jackie, Robyn, step aside it’s really Procrastination not you!! Right now stopping at my local work out place to chat with a Personal Trainer is my new bone of contention and I’m trying to get over it. I know it will be good for me, both body, soul, mind, everthing, but maybe that’s the issue, why would I want to do what’s good for me, then I would be able to rule the world? This way I am able to contend with the weak me, and say tomorrow? Well, now that I know this, tomorrow is Monday, so I must go see someone, right? Okay I will, time to kick my own ass, then God alone knows what I’m capable of? Right…imagine me strong, with muscle tone, cool…

  1. Evie, do you ever feel anxiety because of procrastinating? I used to and when I figured out what was causing it, I put a stop to all the anxiety by just looking what I had to do in the face and getting on with it.

    Now, no more anxiety.

    Cute blog.

You are so right … procrastination can cause anxiety, but no, I have mine under control. No I told you it’s my best friend, but seriously, I think I did have a problem, but as you I look it in the face smile, attack and get on with it. As tomorrow, I’m going to that personal trainer and will attack with vigor! Thanks for the good thoughts, and thanks for reading, like I said, it’s therapy!! Ha, Ha!!
